Ms. Jackson's groups have worked on learning and identifying a variety of feelings in different categories and how to identify their own feelings. They also identified what tools/strategies help them when they are having strong emotions.


Just a reminder that today, Wednesday, January 11th, is an Early Release Day. We begin dismissal at 12:50.
On Friday, December 23, all Granby Public Schools will follow a weather-related early dismissal schedule to ensure buses are not transporting students in case the temperature drops and roads become hazardous. Wells Road will dismiss at 11:45. We will not serve lunch, however breakfast will be available for usual purchase.

Students in Mrs. Gildea’s reading group drew pictures to help them remember the meanings of commonly used prefixes. Learning to identify the most common prefixes can help to unlock the meaning of many English words!

In preparation for parent teacher conferences, students in Mr Faber's 4th grade class completed a self-reflection activity and recorded a message about their progress for their parents.

Ms. Di Nuzzo's class (grade 4) explored how speed and mass affect a collision. In their investigation they observed the relationship between kinetic energy and mass.
