Bringing Emerging Adults Resources

The Granby Public Schools post-secondary transition program is designed to maximize student potential by focusing on student strengths, interests and preferences. The transition program will support individuals with developmental disabilities in preparation for a successful and fulfilling life after high school. Granby Public Schools will maintain partnerships with community resources, businesses and community colleges to promote local and community-based experiences, positive social relationships and independent living skills.
